About Designed Smiles and Our Cosmetic Dentist Serving Brea and La Habra
At Designed Smiles, our practice philosophy is centered on giving patients the best information possible and providing treatment in a genuinely caring environment. We make sure that each patient is actively involved in his or her treatment, and our staff is adept at working with even the most anxious individuals. Furthermore, our individualized care has earned us the loyalty of a constantly growing number of patients; our cosmetic dentist, Dr. Grant Burdick, has served the areas of Brea, La Habra, Whittier, and Fullerton for many years and is actively involved in the local community.
Our Office
We designed every aspect of our office with our patients in mind. The interior is comfortable and soothing, and our patients have access to television and stereo headphones throughout their treatment. Designed Smiles also features the latest in dental technology, so our cosmetic dentist can perform procedures faster and more comfortably than ever before. For example, the CEREC® system allows us to create and apply porcelain crowns, onlays, and inlays in just one office visit. We also use digital X-rays, which result in more precise diagnostics, as well as air abrasion. Air abrasion uses a directed stream of particles to remove tooth decay, allowing patients to avoid the noise and vibration of a dental drill. Finally, Dr. Grant Burdick and the rest of the staff of Designed Smiles uphold extremely high standards of cleanliness and sterilization, thoroughly cleaning tools and surfaces for each patient.
Dr. Grant Burdick
Cosmetic dentist Grant Burdick has been in private practice in the Brea and La Habra area for more than 25 years, and in that time he has seen dentistry change the lives of his patients. A graduate of the prestigious University of Southern California School of Dentistry, he has also completed the core curriculum at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and is considered a graduate. LVI is known as one of the leading dental education institutions in the United States. Dr. Burdick received training in treating TMJ disorders at the White Memorial Medical Center’s renowned Craniofacial/TMJ Clinic, where he later served as an instructor for eight years. Dr. Burdick is a member of many notable dental associations, including the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the American Academy of Pain Management, and the American Association of Cosmetic Dentists.
In addition to his work as a cosmetic dentist at Designed Smiles, Dr. Burdick is a member of Rotary International and is active in the Evangelical Free Church of Fullerton. He enjoys singing and playing the tenor saxophone, as well as camping, water skiing, and fishing. Dr. Burdick has been married for 16 years and has four children.
